Orbeko Household Goods OPC sells inexpensive everyday household goods. These include storage boxes, laundry helpers, cleaning brushes, hooks, and organisers. Orbeko must confirm it by phone before the sale is treated as agreed. Please rely on that confirmation for the current items, price, and arrangements.
You may place an order by phone or by completing the short form on the site during ordinary opening hours. The form is only a request for a call back and does not create a confirmed sale, reservation, charge, or payment obligation. After receiving it, Orbeko will contact you to discuss the requested items and quantities and answer reasonable questions about the request. Orbeko will confirm availability, the final price, collection or delivery arrangements, any applicable delivery charge, and expected timing before preparing the order. The order becomes confirmed only after that phone discussion and your agreement to the details provided, including any changes discussed with you.
You may cancel a request at any time before Orbeko confirms it by phone. After confirmation, please call Orbeko promptly if you need to cancel, so staff can check the request and act before preparation begins. Cancellation may not be possible once goods have been set aside, otherwise committed to fulfilment, or sent for delivery. Orbeko may cancel or adjust an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly described, or a necessary arrangement changes. It may also do so if the order cannot reasonably be delivered. Orbeko will explain the position by phone and discuss the next steps with you.
Pay Philippine pesos in cash on collection or delivery; check goods and report immediate issues, as Orbeko accepts no online or card payment.
An unused item may be returned within 7 days from the date of collection or delivery. It must be in its original, saleable condition, with packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of the Orbeko order showing the purchase. Contact us first to agree the return method and provide the relevant order details before sending or bringing it back. This arrangement does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection rules, including rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods or other mandatory protections.
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Orbeko is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from an order. Orbeko is also not responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility the law does not permit us to exclude, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing.
Orbeko may update these terms when products, ordering processes, or legal obligations change, with updated terms applying to future requests and orders once posted. Terms already confirmed normally remain agreed, unless law requires a change.
